"Why love if losing hurts so much? We love to know
that we are not alone."
C.S.Lewis
Just Widowed
Ever seen the movie The Poseidon Adventure?
It’s the movie about the cruise ship where
travelers are celebrating New Year’s Eve, sailing
smoothly along, when all of a sudden a huge
tsunami type wave hits the cruise liner and turns
it upside down.  The remaining survivors are left
to wade through death, debris, pain, and turmoil
to find a way out.

If you have lost a spouse, that might be the way
you are feeling.  Your world has suddenly
become  topsy-turvy and you are faced with
being single again.  Hopefully, you'll find the
help in this site to recover your loss and enter
back into single life knowing there are others
here that have traveled the same road and can
encourage you.

On this page you'll find articles to cope, ideas to
occupy the void, and ways to keep memories
alive.
